Payment provider
Payments are processed through Whop. A refund request must be matched to a verified Whop transaction before any refund is issued.
Digital product refunds
Refund eligibility may be limited after download or access begins because the product is digital. Any waiver or acknowledgement required by local consumer law must be clear, voluntary, and collected before delivery.
A refund request may still be reviewed where the file was not delivered, the delivered package is materially different from its description, the file is corrupt and cannot be replaced, or applicable law requires a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact us with the order reference, purchase email, reason for the request, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send a wallet private key, password, identity document, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Timing and method
Approved refunds should be returned through the original payment route where technically and legally possible.
Statutory rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that apply under mandatory local law. Where local law provides a stronger right, that law controls.
